Winter '23/'24 Mountain Report

According to Deer Valley Resort, the resort averages about 300 inches of snow per ski season. This average was increased significantly by the impressive 606 inches seen last season. Nevertheless, this ski season, the resort has reported about 275 total inches of snowfall; with more snow in the forecast, the resort is pacing to hit the yearly average and then some, considering February typically ends strongly, and March is historically a great month for snowfall. 

Deer Valley Resort is operating near total capacity with all 21 lifts running, 102 trails open, and 2018 acres of skiable terrain available. The resort serves a good mix of groomed and ungroomed trails and is fantastic for beginners and experts alike. 

The latter half of the ski season may also bring warmer temperatures and sunny bluebird days, which can make for enjoyable adventures on the mountain.
